What exactly is a credit?
A credit is one one-thousandth of a dollar of platform usage: 1,000 credits is $1. Everything the AI does, from talking and texting to qualifying and signing, draws from one balance at the posted rates above, so you have one number to watch instead of seven meters.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Automatic top-ups keep you running: prepaid packs at $1 per 1,000 credits, charged only when your balance runs low. You set the top-up size and a monthly ceiling. No surprise overage invoices.
Do rates change between plans?
No. Every plan buys the same posted rates. Bigger plans include more credits (and bonus credits), higher voice concurrency, and priority support.
Why do I pay my carrier separately?
Vayaflow is bring-your-own-number. You connect your own carrier account (Telnyx, Vonage, or Twilio), keep ownership of your numbers and 10DLC registration, and pay carrier rates at cost. Most platforms resell telephony with a markup; we structurally cannot.
How is AI model usage priced?
Per model, metered by what each conversation actually uses. Choose Light, Standard, or Advanced models per agent: a Light-class voice agent runs about 120 credits per talk minute all-in, an Advanced-class agent about 225. Cached context is discounted 90%.
Is there anything AI-related I am not charged for?
Yes. Everything you use to build is included in your subscription under fair use: the campaign copilot, the chat assistant, prompt testing, knowledge-base ingestion, and the agent playground. The post-call coach reviews your first 10 live calls each month at no charge; after that, coach reviews meter as part of lead-processing AI.
