Vayaflow (a product of Roccavera LLC) uses the third-party service providers below to help operate the Services. They process personal data only to provide services to us, under contract. This list supplements our Privacy Policy and may change as we add or replace providers; check the “Last updated” date above.
Cloud infrastructure & storage
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, file storage (S3), key management (KMS), malware scanning (GuardDuty), and event routing. United States.
- MongoDB Atlas — primary application database (leads, conversations, configuration). United States.
- Managed PostgreSQL & Redis — tenant registry/configuration and queue/cache. United States.
Authentication
- Clerk — user authentication and account management for our applications.
AI model providers
- AWS Bedrock — large-language-model inference (e.g., Anthropic Claude) for conversations, qualification, and summaries.
- Google Cloud Vertex AI — alternative large-language-model inference (e.g., Gemini, Claude).
Our AI model providers are engaged under terms that prohibit using your data to train their models, and we do not use your data to train our own models.
Voice (calls, speech-to-text, text-to-speech)
- LiveKit — real-time voice call media/session infrastructure.
- Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription for voice calls.
- Cartesia — text-to-speech voice synthesis for AI agents.
- ElevenLabs — alternative conversational-voice provider (when configured).
Telephony & messaging
- Telnyx — phone numbers, voice routing, and SMS.
- Vonage — SMS delivery.
- Additional carriers (such as Twilio or Plivo) may be used where a Customer brings their own provider.
- AWS Simple Email Service (SES) — outbound and inbound email for the Platform.
Documents & e-signature
- DocuSeal — electronic signature and document workflows (when configured).
Supporting services
- Google Places — address autocomplete and validation during intake.
- Sentry — error and performance monitoring.
- Svix — reliable delivery of webhooks to Customer-configured endpoints.
Advertising platforms (only when a Customer enables conversion tracking)
These are not sub-processors acting on our behalf; they are independent platforms that receive conversion data when a Customer turns on conversion tracking. See “How we share information” in our Privacy Policy and the opt-out described there.
- Meta (Facebook) Conversions API — conversion attribution, when enabled.
- TikTok Events API — conversion attribution, when enabled.
